It is always fun to celebrate our success in the classroom and fun way to do this is to give the children a "pat on the back." that lasts all day long! I think Dr. Jean was the one who I got this original idea from (Teachers: Isn't she amazing?)
Here is picture of a few kids that were super readers this past week and earned a pat on the back!

Thank you! The hands are just traced onto contact paper and cut out. Then when you need them you can write a message and peel of the back, they are like huge stickers. I use them for all types of rewards and the kids are so proud. Since they are on their backs they dont play with them and they last all day.
