Its Number Writing Week!

Thank you so much for visiting. While you are here don't forget to take the poll on the left, and with your child check out some of the videos that we have been singing in the classroom down below.

This week we have really been focusing on number writing and it is really coming along. Recently the children brought home a pumpkin number book that had some cute rhymes and poems to help them form numbers. I have seen a lot of backward numbers which is typical for this time of the year but keep reminding your child to form the numbers the correct way. Teen numbers are next and that is tricky. Click the link to watch the teen numbers video.

Welcome to our kindergarten classroom math blog! We have been working hard on our math skills and they are improving everyday. This blog will help you work on these skills at home with your child. Here I will post activities, games and the the math goals for each quarter. I will also post any other other information you may need throughout the school year. At home you can review and complete the activites together. I hope that this blog becomes a regular part of your homework routine.
